About Us

ACT UP STUDIOS is a collaborative effort from April Hartman & Arianne Martin. Both experienced actors and filmmakers.

Arianne and April have 40 combined years of experience in the film & TV industry. They each bring their unique gifts and strengths to ACT UP STUDIOS, making this one of the premiere training options in the Southwest.

Some credits include: Station 19, Waco: The Aftermath, Queer as Folk, Outer Range, One Mississippi, Obliterated, Reservation Dogs, The Resident, The Haunting of Hill House, DC's Stargirl and the 2023 Sundance Selection "Fancy Dance".
